Tuition and Fees

Tuition

The tuition fee for the LL.M. Program in International Legal Studies is EUR 10,000,- for the academic year. The tuition fee has to be paid in instalments by the accepted participant. In addition, students are required to pay a student union fee of currently EUR 15,86 per semester.

The tuition fee does not include cost of books and course materials, nor of living expenses and health insurance.

Accomodation/Living Expenses

The University of Vienna does not offer on-campus housing. For assistance in securing suitable accommodation please contact Österreichischer Austauschdienst (ÖAD) at www.housing.oead.ac.at.

Health insurance

For the duration of their stay in Vienna, students are required to have health insurance cover. Please apply for a European Health Insurance (against all risks, including dental care) before arriving in Austria, as this is also a prerequisite for obtaining a visa and later the residence permit. This insurance should cover the months 1 October to 30 September.
